Asan City Council , 2021 Asan City Council Anti-Corruption and Integrity Education

- Implementation of education such as anti-graft law and code of conduct in order to realize a trustworthy policy

The Asan City Council ( Chairman Jae-man Hwang ) conducted a two -hour anti-corruption and integrity education at the plenary session on September 28 by inviting a lecturer from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission to improve the ethical sensitivity and integrity of all 16 lawmakers and members of the Parliamentary Secretariat .

Under the theme of “ Smiling organizations have high integrity, ” this training focuses on the relationship between stress and corruption and corruption , examples of the easy-to-violate anti-graft laws , the Code of Conduct & Conflicts of Interest Act , and the reporting system for violations that may occur in the course of job performance. It was conducted based on various cases, and the related laws and systems were explained in an easy-to-understand manner, which received high interest and response from lawmakers and staff .

In addition, in order to prevent the spread of COVID - 19 , face-to-face training was conducted by thoroughly observing quarantine rules such as temperature checks of training participants , partitions between seats , ventilation in the training ground, and wearing masks .

Chairman Hwang Jae-man said , “ The integrity of each member of the Parliamentary Secretariat and the members of the Parliamentary Secretariat comes together to make our Asan City Council and the entire Asan City clean . We will do our best to become a trusted city council, ” he said .
